This two-storey mews house had been cheaply and shoddily refurbished in the 1980s. Our client wanted to double the living accommodation by adding an extra floor and Cadogan Estates recommended us for the work. An architect created planning drawings, advising the client that with us he was in safe enough hands to proceed without further assistance. All of the detailed decisions were consequently made by the client, from the electrics to the kitchen and bathroom layouts.
