Converted 40 years ago, this two-bedroom apartment required revitalisation. The idea? To reinstate the classical proportions of the original principal rooms whilst providing contemporary bathrooms and a kitchen. The structural engineer acted as contract administrator, with the client’s interior designer sending sketches from abroad. We did all of the detailing ourselves. The job was won on tender and successfully completed ‘to Buildburo’s usual high standards,’ according to the interior designer, on budget.
