Having provided refurbishment services to Cadogan Estates for more than 20 years, we can be counted on to fully appreciate the estate manager’s priorities and concerns, including the implications of voids and the need to minimise these.
In working with estates managers, we place great importance on costings, scheduling and project management, as well as on the conduct of our team on site, and in relation to neighbours and other tenants.
While we maintain communications with you throughout a project, we can be trusted fully to understand and attend to all of its requirements. We will deal with asbestos surveys, structural engineers, ECP rating and anything else that may arise, without continually referring these back to you.
Although the duration of each project will of course depend on it specification, we are usually able to return the keys to you within 5 to 7 months of commencement.
All refurbishment work is carried out with precision and neatness for the benefit and consideration of other tenants, as well as simply for good practice. Our team cleans up after itself every day and is comprised of construction workers who are carefully selected, tidily dressed and unfailingly courteous.
