We can work directly with you, your own architect, or a project manager or surveyor acting on your behalf; or you can simply turn the entire project over to us.

- advise pre-purchase;
- provide expert guidance on what is and is not technically possible or likely to be granted planning or similar permissions (just about anything is possible, subject to budget);
- take care of all architectural design work;
- deal with all planning applications and listed building approvals (where required)
- manage and carry out all construction work to completion.
We work to exacting standards of quality. While we ensure that all project quotes represent excellent value for money, we avoid the practice of omitting items from our quote in order to make it appear cheaper, only to bring them back once the project is underway. We are of the view that honest conduct demands that all costs be included in the quote from the outset.
