We carried out all construction work involved in the refurbishment of this generously sized Chelsea apartment, in an enviable position near to Sloane Street.
With a floor plan extending to several hundred square metres, the apartment might have offered significant potential for reconfiguration. However, the siting of the building’s drainage and terms of its lease precluded the construction of more than three bathrooms, to support additional bedrooms.
Consequently, the construction work required was confined to a high quality total refurbishment, which included the construction of a stylish and elegant kitchen and bathrooms, leaving the rest of the apartment’s well appointed plan as flexible space for the occupants to deploy as they saw fit.
